Saracino white fondant with cocoa butter - Pasta Top - 250g
Ready to use white fondant made in Italy. This is extremely elastic and tear-resistant: easy to achieve a professional result even with a very thin layer (it can be used up to 1 mm thin without tearing) and easily withstands temperature changes. Ideal for use in humid environments and also higher temperatures, as in summer. The ingredients are selected with the utmost care and quality. For example, you will find only high quality fats such as High OLEIC sunflower oil instead of palm oil, the flavor stands out for the addition of real vanilla.
Saracino is one of the very few manufacturers that use cocoa butter for your fondant. This provides initial, before the start of processing for firmness, but after kneading and working the fondant, it makes it extra smooth and elastic.
- It is recommended to work the paste by hand for at least two minutes before use to make it elastic and workable. If this is not enough, it is recommended to heat it briefly in a microwave oven (700 WATT) for a maximum of 10 seconds.
- Pasta Top can also be used for cakes that need to be kept refrigerated. It can be colored with fat soluble powder or gel food coloring.
