The cookie cutters are made of tinplate. Tinplate is a traditional material that has been used in all households for decades. The surface is rust-protected, but not stainless and therefore not suitable for the dishwasher. We recommend rinsing the mould after use and drying it well immediately. Grandma's tip for perfect drying: After rinsing and drying, place the tinplate cookie cutter on the warm heater for one night or directly after baking in the still warm oven until it has cooled down.
