Preparation: Take the fondant disc out of the aluminium foil and roll it out carefully. Carefully pull the fondant disc smooth by pulling on both sides of the white foil. Spread your cake with a thin layer of butter cream. Place the fondant disc on the cake with the foil facing up. Remove the foil and smooth the fondant on the cake with a smoothing knife. Cut away excess fondant and decorate your cake.

With this fondant cover you can cover a cake with a diameter of 15 - 20 cm and a height of 10 cm or a cake with a diameter of 20 - 26 cm and a height of 7.5 cm.
