FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® Choco 450g

The perfect mix for making a light and fluffy chocolate-flavoured cream with a beautiful chocolate colour.

The preparation is the same as the normal Enchanted Cream, so just as quick and easy. And of course, the chocolate version is also lighter than buttercream.

Preparation: For 1 portion of Enchanted Cream Schoko. Mix 150 g mix with 100 ml milk and 100 ml water for 3 minutes at high speed. The cream is suitable as a filling or decoration and is ready to use immediately. A prepared cream can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days. Stir briefly before using again. If desired, only milk (200 ml) or only water (200 ml) can be added. One portion of the Enchanted Cream is enough to coat 2 layers of a Ø25 cm cake and to cover the cake or to pipe approx. 24-30 icing toppings for cupcakes.
