Preparation: for proportions and baking times, see the quantity table or visit www.funcakes.com. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). The ingredients must be at room temperature. Put the mixture, eggs and water in a bowl. Mix at high speed for 7-8 minutes. Then mix at low speed for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the batter into a buttered baking dish (1/2 to 2/3 full). Place the cake in the oven and do not open the door while baking! The cake is done when it feels springy to the touch. Loosen the cake immediately after baking and let it cool on a cooling rack.
