FunCakes Isomalt 250g

Make the finest cake decorations yourself to create design elements in a clear colour: Precious stones, windows, mosaics, geod cake. FunCakes Isomalt can be heated without losing its sweetness or changing its colour. 

Excellent for melting and forming.

Sugar-free sweetener - white and odourless

Not as sweet as sugar, but can be mixed with other sugar substitutes to make it sweeter.

Content: 250 grams.

Preparation: Melt in the microwave (approx. 700W in a heat-resistant bowl) or in a pan at up to 170°C. Stir the Isomalt every 20-30 seconds until it has melted completely. Place the bowl/pan in a bowl of cold water for about 10 seconds. The Isomalt is now tempered and you can colour and use it as you like. ATTENTION! The melted Isomalt is very hot!

Ingredients: Isomalt (100%). This product is Halal-certified.
