FunCakes Flavor - Bubble Gum 120g

This FunCakes flavouring has a lovely taste. Great for flavouring buttercreams, bavaroise creams, ice creams and various fillings.

FunCakes flavourings can also be added to the batter to bake with it. Perfect for adding delicious flavour to batter for sponge cakes, cupcakes and more. Simply add the recommended amount to the batter. If baking at a high temperature (above 200°C), add a little more flavouring as the heat can reduce the flavour. Flavouring can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, flavouring, emulsifier: E440b, E407, colour: E131, acidity regulator: E330. May contain traces of: Egg, milk and nuts.

Recommended dosage: 30g per 500 g.
