Fondant Cake Tattoo - Pirate

Ahoy, pirates! These great cake tattoos are great for the next pirate birthday party. Arranged nicely on multilevel cakes or simply on a cake tray, the cake tattoos look fantastic!

The cake tattoos are made of high-quality fondant printed with food colouring.

For the application of the cake tattoos you need

- a soft brush 

- edible glue 

- Garnishing jelly is best suited for the larger motifs 

Size of the motifs:

ship: approx. 14cm x 12cm

Map: approx. 7cm x 5cm

Tips:

The motifs are pre-punched, so they can be easily removed. Important ! Touch the motifs from the unprinted side or use gloves to prevent smudging.

When peeling off the motifs, small fringes may appear at the edges, simply smooth them out with your fingers.

You can spray the tattoos with food lacquer, this prevents the colors from smudging. White tattoos can appear slightly cream-colored by the varnish, please let the varnish dry!

Another method is: cut out the motif with the protective foil at the die-cut, then apply it to the cake with the protective foil and then remove the foil.

The back of the cake tattoo can be painted with edible glue or garnish jelly and stuck to the cake. It is also suitable for placing on sheet cakes, e.g. sugar icing.
