Colour Mill - Colour Enhance Booster 20ml

Magic an a bottle: If you're having trouble getting bright results in your buttercream and baking, add Colour Mill Booster to help emulsify and get the most out of your colors. Booster allows your color to blend with the oils in your baked goods.


'Booster Colour Enhance' does just that. It is used to intensify your color by emulsifying it. By adding Booster, you get deep color with less dye. It's (almost) magic.


Emulsifies (allows you to mix different ingredients).

Helps distribute the color and dye more evenly

Improves fluidity in chocolate (similar to cocoa butter).

Add gel color to chocolate by mixing with booster (approximately 3 parts booster to 1 part gel).

Maximum dosage: as much as needed

Does not contain E171

The package includes the languages: English, German and French.

Contents: 20 ml.

Instructions: Shake well before use. Add about 1 drop per 100 g of product. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Ingredients: Humectant: E422, vegetable oil (rapeseed), emulsifier: E322, E433.


This product is: Kosher certified, suitable for vegetarians, suitable for vegans.

Before you start, poke a hole in the cap with the bottle lid and shake the bottle vigorously. Tip: If you have time on your hands and want the best results, let your mixture sit overnight.
