Callebaut Chocolate Callets - Gold - 400g

The Callebaut chocolate callets "Gold" are unique callets with an intense but balanced caramel chocolate, with strong notes of toffee, butter, cream and a pinch of salt. The golden callets have a beautiful warm caramel and light amber color, with a golden hue.

The callets are made from the finest Belgian chocolate and are ideal for making chocolate, bavarois, ganache and much more. Of course, you can also dip your muffin or cookie in the melted chocolate for a beautiful effect.

Ingredients: Cocoa butter, sugar, milk powder, lactose (milk), whey powder (milk), skim milk powder, sugar, emulsifier (E322) (soy), natural vanilla flavor. For allergens, see ingredients in bold.

Temperature fluctuations may cause the cereals to melt during transport. They can still be used, but they may not arrive in the original callet form. Follow the regular instructions on the package to process the Callets.

Storage: 12-20°C, in a dark, odor-free environment.
