The Patisse cake cutter is a particularly practical tool for cutting sponge cake layers straight. With the two height-adjustable saw wires, cake layers can be cleanly cut into three even layers.

Cutting cakes and pies into even layers of any desired thickness? No problem with the cake cutter! To do this, first set the stainless steel saw wires at both ends to the desired height. Grasp the device with one hand and pull the cake cutter through the cake base with a light sawing motion. Done!
